The Famous Kevin Mushrooms Lasagna!
Kevin, is our new Friend.
We meet him during a week in a wonderful Villa Chalk Sound Villa Capri
,Kevin is a genuine boy 13 years old. His interest for cook was something that we never experienced, Kevin was so Into in Learning that avoid the funny days at the beach.
He Promise to us that for his last vacation day, he was going to make a wonderful dish for us. With the help of his Mom and his little sister.
Well…..
When Kevin presented to us his dish, we were stunned, he created a wonderful Lasagna With Sauteed Mushrooms and Original Bolognese sauce.
He and his Mom Shared with us he’s own recipe and we promise to him that we will post on our personal blog.

RECIPE
15 Layers of Uncooked Lasagna De Cecco
FOR THE SAUCE
4 spoon of extravirgin olive oil
2 carrots
2 onions
3 stick of celery
2 lb of ground beef
1 glass of red vine
2 bottle of tomatoes sauce De Cecco
8 large button mushrooms
2 garlic gloves
FOR THE FILLING
8 oz of Grated Parmesan
8 Oz of fresh mozzarella
HOW KEVIN DID
with the help of his mom he washed all the vegetables and sliced very thin the bottom mushrooms and sauteed with the olive oil and garlic.
In a different pot he make his own sauce, he roasted the Ground beef and add the vegetables diced before.
When all was well roasted he add the Red wine and let cook for 3-4 minutes, and incorporate the tomatoes sauce.
Kevin Let the sauce finish to cook for 1,5 hours very slow and he compose the perfectly the lasagna layer by layer.
He Give his final touch in the oven for 25 minutes at 350F (was so funny because he was standing in front of the oven waiting like for a Birthday gift)
